Expedia to Waive Booking Fees for 6 weeks

Some good news for families that like to book  flights with expedia until the 18 October 2009, they are waiving thier booking fee on all flights. That means you can now fly within Australia, internationally or between two overseas countries without paying a booking fee. So that will help the family travel budget a little more!

They are trying to get 1 million visits to their Expedia.com.au site before 18 October 2009, so they can keep the deal going permanently. Will be interesting to see what the other  large Online Travel Agent sites do in the market with their booking fees, also keep your eyes out for some marketing efforts put forward by two leading advertising agencies (BMF, and Mitchells) who have been put in charge to ensure that we all get the message that Expedia have waived the booking fees.

No Flight Booking Fees on Expedia.com.au until October 18th! Book a flight now. Expires 9/25/09
