Fiji the perfect family holiday

Kids Pool InterContinental Fiji Resort and Spa

Have just returned from a one week holiday in Fiji which was fantastic with the kids, a great little break for all!  Over the next coming weeks I’ll be  sharing the experiences and highlights of our trip and accommodation at the InterContinental Fiji Resort and Spa so be sure to sign up to our newsletter to stay informed.

There is so much little bits of information that need to be shared like just how friendly the Fijian’s are towards families – they just love the kids, our very brief tour to a Island which was definitely not on Fiji time and some tips about day trips, taking a visit to a local primary school, how the Priority Privilege Memberships really stacked up when staying at the InterContinental located at Natadola Beach, what are the best transport options for travelling in Fiji with a family, what items you don’t need to carry with you and what items are handy to have with you for that family holiday in Fiji.

Highlights of our trip

  • Definitely the resort and the staff who worked there
  • Using the babysitting service at the InterCon to dine in the Navo Restaurant one evening.
  • Enjoying some pampering and healing hands of a massage at the InterContinental Spa
  • Enjoying a walk around Navo Island with a local pointing out the cultural significant of the Island.
  • Watching Sunsets over the water with a fire lighting ceremony every evening, and how the kids staying at the resort got right into the ceremony.
  • Serenity of morning walks on Natadola Beach
  • Finding a common friend with a staff member who works at the resort, he was wearing a Broulee Rashie

There is some many highlights and bits of information to be shared if you have any highlights of a trip to Natadola beach and the area and you would like to share drop a comment below.
